RELX PLC Executes Buyback of 75,000 Shares

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has purchased 75,000 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares bought back since the start of the year to 25,589,019. Post-purchase, RELX PLC’s treasury holds 45,301,212 shares, with 1,863,951,821 shares remaining in issue (excluding treasury shares).
