RELX PLC Executes Buyback of 197,354 Shares

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has confirmed the purchase of 197,354 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held as treasury shares, through UBS AG London Branch on the London Stock Exchange. After this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 38,174,050 shares, with the total number of shares in issue at 1,870,284,520, excluding those held in treasury. Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has acquired a total of 18,461,857 ordinary shares.
