RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively been buying back its shares, with the latest purchase being 86,054 ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, to be held as treasury shares. This acquisition has increased the company’s treasury holdings to 40,382,797 shares, with a cumulative total of 20,670,604 shares bought since the start of the year. The transactions were executed on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from 3570 to 3650 pence per share.
