RELX PLC Continues Share Buyback Strategy

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has actively engaged in the stock market, purchasing 191,666 of its own ordinary shares, which are now held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases their treasury holdings to 39,916,012 shares, with a total of 1,868,569,912 ordinary shares in circulation excluding those held in treasury. The company has bought a total of 20,203,819 shares since the beginning of the year, demonstrating a significant investment back into the company.
