RELX PLC Continues Share Buyback Strategy

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has actively bought back 197,420 of its own shares through UBS AG London Branch as part of its ongoing treasury stock strategy. This latest transaction increases their treasury shares to 37,586,587 and reduces the shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, to 1,870,867,847. Overall, since the start of the year, RELX PLC has acquired a total of 17,874,394 shares.
