RELX PLC Continues Share Buyback Strategy

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has actively engaged in the repurchase of its shares, with a total of 165,000 ordinary shares bought through JP Morgan Securities plc on April 22, 2024. These shares will be added to the treasury, and after this transaction, RELX PLC’s treasury holds over 31 million shares, while the number of ordinary shares in circulation (excluding treasury shares) is approximately 1.87 billion. The company has been consistently buying back shares since the start of the year, with nearly 11.7 million ordinary shares acquired to date.
