RELX PLC Continues Share Buyback Strategy

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has actively engaged in the management of its share capital, repurchasing 77,900 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, with the intention of holding these shares in treasury. The company’s cumulative share buybacks now total 22,653,268 shares since the start of the year. This strategic move will affect the total number of ordinary shares in issue and is part of RELX’s ongoing capital distribution strategy.
