RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reinforced its financial strategy by buying back 190,529 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held as treasury shares, bringing the total number of shares purchased since the beginning of the year to 20,584,550. The shares were traded through UBS AG London Branch with a volume weighted average price of 3610.4892 pence per share. This move impacts the company’s total ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
