RELX PLC Announces Recent Share Buyback

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 193,194 of its own ordinary shares, which will be kept as treasury shares, executed through UBS AG London Branch on the London Stock Exchange. This recent buy brings the total shares held in treasury to 39,533,050, with the total number of shares in issue (excluding those in treasury) standing at 1,868,940,997. The company has bought back 19,820,857 shares since the start of the year.
