Reliance Worldwide’s Director Adjusts Shareholdings

Reliance Worldwide Corp. Ltd. (AU:RWC) has released an update.

Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited has announced changes in the interests of director Heath Sharp, reporting that Sharp has acquired 39,433 shares upon the vesting of Rights and disposed of 315,990 Rights. Consequently, Sharp’s total holdings have adjusted to 1,798,247 shares, 4,000,000 options, and 2,074,651 rights under the company’s Equity Incentive Plan. The transactions, which included no cash consideration, were completed on September 30 and October 1, 2024.
