Relevant Gold Corp. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.45 million by issuing over 5.7 million units at $0.25 each, with each unit comprising a share and a half-warrant. The funds are earmarked for exploration activities in Wyoming and general capital needs, with a subsequent tranche expected to finalize by early July. Notably, company insiders also invested, purchasing 552,800 units, under terms exempt from certain regulatory requirements due to the transaction size relative to the company’s market cap.
