Alison Rand, former Executive Vice President and CFO of Primerica, Inc., has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Reinsurance Group of America, expanding the Board to twelve members. Rand brings a wealth of experience in finance, having managed Primerica’s financial operations and serving on other financial and non-profit boards. Her term will last until the next annual shareholders’ meeting, with no reported material interests in significant transactions with the company. The appointment, which follows standard non-employee director compensation, was publicly announced by the company.
