Real Estate Investors Plc, a Midlands-focused REIT, has declared a Q1 2024 dividend of 0.5 pence per share, a slight decrease from the previous year’s 0.625 pence. Shareholders on the register by July 12 will receive the dividend on July 31, with the ex-dividend date set for July 11. The company, known for its diverse commercial property portfolio and strategic asset sales, continues to prioritize shareholder returns through regular dividends.
