Regis Healthcare Co-founder Bryan Dorman Retires

Regis Healthcare Ltd. (AU:REG) has released an update.

Co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Regis Healthcare Limited, Bryan Dorman, has announced his retirement effective from the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 26, 2024. Dorman’s departure comes after a tenure of more than three decades, during which he significantly contributed to the company’s growth, including its merger with Retirement Care Australia and subsequent public listing. Chairman Graham Hodges has expressed gratitude for Dorman’s dedication and pivotal role in the company’s success.
