Regions Financial Corp. (RF) has released an update.
Regions Financial Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of William C. Rhodes, III, the current Executive Chairman of AutoZone, Inc., effective March 1, 2024. Rhodes joins the Boards with a reputation of independence, meeting the stringent requirements of both the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange. His expertise will now contribute to the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, with a prorated equity award for his directorship role under Regions’ compensation program.
