In a show of confidence, Massy Larizadeh, an independent non-executive director at Regional REIT Limited, has invested in the company by purchasing 100,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.155 each, totaling £15,500. The transaction took place on the 27th of June 2024 and was executed on the London Stock Exchange.
