Regional REIT Limited has announced the availability of its 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, which can be accessed on the company’s website as well as the National Storage Mechanism. The company, which launched in November 2015 and specializes in a diverse portfolio of income-producing regional UK commercial properties, focuses on delivering attractive total returns to its shareholders with a target of over 10% annually. Regional REIT’s strategy encompasses investing in, managing, and divesting regional core and core-plus property assets to support income with capital growth prospects.
