Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group RE Ltd., under the name Region Group, reported a substantial turnaround with a net profit of $17.3 million for the year ended June 30, 2024, recovering from the previous year’s $123.6 million loss. Despite a slight revenue increase to $380.4 million, the company experienced a dip in Funds from Operations by 7.3% and a decrease in net tangible assets per security. Shareholders received total distributions of 13.70 cents per stapled security, with the final distribution of 7.00 cents to be paid in late August.
