Regenx Tech Corp. has recently undergone significant changes, including appointing Gallo LLP as their new auditor and extending the expiry date for its Rights Offering to June 6, 2024. The company has also completed a private placement of unsecured convertible debentures, raising $150,000 to bolster operations and general working capital.
