Regent Pacific Properties Inc. has awarded its directors stock options to purchase a total of 600,000 common shares, with two different exercise prices of $0.08 and $0.15 per share. These options are fully vested upon grant and come with a five-year term. This move aims to align the interests of the directors with those of the shareholders.
