Regeneus Ltd. (AU:CMB) has released an update.
Regeneus Ltd.’s director, Yu-Hung Sebastian Tseng, has significantly increased his direct and indirect holdings by acquiring 17,546,938 ordinary shares, bringing his total to 23,843,586 shares with a personal investment of $105,282. The company notified the ASX of this change under the listing rule 3.19A.2, which also saw Zheng Yang Biomedical Technology Limited’s holding increase to 268,850,584 shares. As part of the transaction, all interests under the related contracts have been settled, resulting in no remaining interests post-change.
