Vesey Investments Pty Ltd has ceased to be a substantial holder in biotechnology firm Regeneus Limited as of April 5, 2024, following a dilution of interest caused by the issuance of new shares. This comes after a notable transaction back on March 14, 2022, when Graham Vesey disposed of over a million ordinary shares for a sum of $150,522. The change in shareholding status was officially recorded in the company’s recent disclosure.
