Regency Silver Completes Upsized Private Placement

Regency Silver Corp (TSE:RSMX) has released an update.

Regency Silver Corp. successfully closed an upsized private placement, raising a total of $993,700, surpassing its initial target of $800,000. The final tranche yielded $215,200 through the issuance of over a million units, each including one share and a half-warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.30. The funds raised are earmarked for the exploration and development of the company’s properties, alongside general working capital.
