Regal Partners Limited has announced a new securities issue consisting of unlisted options and ordinary fully paid shares, totalling over 74 million securities proposed to be issued on 8th July 2024. The issue includes 10,942,459 unlisted options and 63,934,426 ordinary shares, as detailed in their announcement to the ASX under Appendix 3B of the ASX Listing Rules.
