VGI Partners Ltd. (AU:RPL) has released an update.
Regal Partners Limited is set to acquire Merricks Capital, an investment firm specializing in private credit and alternative investments, with a 17-year track record in Australia and New Zealand. This acquisition, valued at approximately A$235 million, will expand Regal’s funds under management by 24% to A$15.1 billion. The deal includes both a cash payment and share issue, and it’s expected to increase Regal’s earnings per share in 2024.
