Refined Energy Corp. has granted 200,000 stock options to two new advisory board members, Ken Wheatley and James des Cognets, enhancing its strategic team with their extensive industry experience. These options, which are part of the company’s equity incentive plan, will vest in installments and are subject to the Canadian Securities Exchange’s hold period policies.
