Redsun Properties Group Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Yung Mei Yee from her positions as a joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective 30 September 2024. She is to be succeeded by Ms. Chan Charmayne, who will assist Mr. Jia Hongbo, the continuing joint company secretary, ensuring the company remains in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules. The company has also been granted a new waiver from these rules until 28 May 2027, provided Mr. Jia is assisted by Ms. Chan during this period.
