Redstone Director Increases Shareholding

Redstone Resources Limited (AU:RDS) has released an update.

Redstone Resources Limited has reported a change in Director Richard Homsany’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 211,857 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade, valued at $847.43. Following this change, Homsany’s total indirect interest now includes over 68.9 million shares and various unquoted options, while maintaining a direct interest of 200,000 shares. No shares were disposed of in this transaction.
