Redcentric plc, a prominent UK IT managed services and data centre provider, has successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 26th of September 2024, with full details of the votes to be available on their website. The company had previously announced the withdrawal of one resolution on the 24th of September.
