Redcentric Announces Major Board Changes

Redcentric (GB:RCN) has released an update.

In a significant shuffle of its leadership team, Redcentric PLC has announced that Nick Bate will step down as chairman immediately after the AGM on 26 September 2024. Richard McGuire is set to take over as the independent non-executive chairman, bringing a wealth of experience from various sectors, while John Radziwill is poised to join as non-executive director, representing one of Redcentric’s largest investors, ND Capital. CEO Peter Brotherton expressed gratitude for Bate’s contributions and optimism for McGuire’s upcoming tenure.
