Red Rock Resources Issues Shares to Fund Global Projects

Red Rock Resources (GB:RRR) has released an update.

Red Rock Resources has raised £200,000 through the issuance of nearly 600 million new shares, aimed at funding year-end accounting costs, gold mining operations in West Africa, and other strategic projects in Australia and Kenya. This move is part of the company’s broader efforts to enhance its financial prospects, particularly as it anticipates favorable developments in its claims in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The new shares are expected to begin trading on AIM by October 29, 2024.
