Red Rock Resources Finalizes Subsidiary Acquisition

Red Rock Resources (GB:RRR) has released an update.

Red Rock Resources has completed the acquisition of full ownership of New Ballarat Gold Corporation Plc and its subsidiary, Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd, marking a significant expansion of its gold exploration endeavors in Australia. In connection with the deal, the company has issued over 166 million new shares, a £250,000 Convertible Loan Note, and 100 million Warrants to Power Metal Resources PLC. These shares are expected to be admitted to AIM trading around June 25, 2024, increasing the total voting rights in the company to over 4.3 billion.
