Red Light Holland Corp. has dispatched its largest shipment of natural psilocybin truffles to CCrest Laboratories in Canada, marking a significant step in their R&D project for commercial manufacture of psilocybin-based Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. The company has also completed a funding round, securing $750,000 through a non-brokered private placement of convertible debentures, further bolstering their financial position for future developments.
