Red Hawk Mining Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Lisa Wynne as the new Company Secretary, succeeding Ms. Karien Slabbert. Wynne brings a wealth of experience with over nineteen years in various board-level roles and expertise in governance, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. She takes on the role as the key communication link between Red Hawk and the ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.
