Red Canyon Resources Ltd. has successfully completed its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.597 million through the issue of over 7.2 million units. The company has also secured approximately $953,568 in additional funds through a charity flow-through offering, bolstering its financial position for copper exploration in the western USA and British Columbia. The proceeds will support exploration activities and provide general working capital.
