Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has repurchased 209,490 of its own shares on July 1, 2024, as part of a share buyback program authorized by shareholders. The shares were bought back from Morgan Stanley at prices ranging from 4,265 to 4,337 pence per share, with the average cost being 4,295.70 pence each. Post-transaction, the company holds over 38 million shares in treasury and retains nearly 698 million shares with voting rights.
