Reckitt Benckiser Group plc has reported the buyback of 88,100 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 4,096.00 pence and 4,171.00 pence per share, with the average price at 4,129.24 pence. Following this transaction, the company will retain over 39 million shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in circulation and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares. Investors may use the new total of 697,324,098 voting rights as a reference point for shareholding changes.
