Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 154,621 of its own shares at a volume weighted average price of 4,501.91 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 694,420,528, setting the denominator for shareholders’ voting rights notifications. The repurchase was part of a pre-announced plan and executed through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
