RealReal (REAL) has released an update.
The RealReal, Inc. announced a significant board reshuffle on February 21, 2024, with Karen Katz taking over as the independent Chairperson effective from the previous day. This change coincides with Rob Krolik stepping down as the Lead Independent Director, a position he has held since early 2019. Both Katz and Krolik have been board members since 2021 and 2019, respectively. In recognition of her new responsibilities, Katz will receive an annual fee of $30,000, distributed in quarterly payments.
