ReAlpha Tech Corp. abruptly ended the tenure of their CFO, Michael Frenz, and is planning a separation agreement that includes a severance package. Simultaneously, Michael J. Logozzo steps up from his COO role to fill in as the interim CFO with no immediate change in pay, as the firm searches for a full-time successor. No conflicts of interest were reported in Logozzo’s interim appointment, and he shares no familial ties with company insiders.
