Real Estate Split Corp. has announced June 2024 distributions for its Class A and Preferred shareholders, set to be paid on July 15 with record dates of June 30. Class A shareholders will receive $0.13 per share, while Preferred shareholders are to receive $0.13125 per share. Both share classes are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols RS and RS.PR.A, respectively.
