In a recent update, REACH RESOURCES LIMITED disclosed that Director Robert Downey’s indirect interests in the company have changed, as his spouse, Stella Emily Downey, has acquired an additional 1,000,000 ordinary shares and 500,000 listed options. The transaction, valued at $2,000, increased Stella Emily Downey’s total holding to 4,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 500,000 options, in addition to retaining 3,000,000 non-executive director performance rights.
