Reach PLC has announced the launch of its 2024 Sharesave Scheme, offering options over ordinary shares at £0.89 each, with 520 employees participating including key directors Jim Mullen and Darren Fisher. These options, involving over 2.4 million shares, will be exercisable starting November 2027. The move reflects the company’s commitment to employee stock ownership and executive participation in the firm’s future.
