Reabold Executives Increase Shareholdings

Reabold Resources (GB:RBD) has released an update.

Reabold Resources PLC has announced significant share transactions by its Co-CEOs, Sachin Oza and Stephen Williams. Oza completed a ‘Bed and ISA’ transaction involving the sale and subsequent purchase of shares, boosting his stake to 2.16% of the company, while Williams increased his holding to 0.86% through the purchase of shares. These transactions reflect the directors’ confidence in the company’s focus on developing strategic gas projects for European energy security.
