Rapid Dose Therapeutics Corp (RDT) plans to issue common shares to settle accrued interest on its secured debt, a component of its private placement financing which raised over $3 million through convertible notes and warrants. The shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.18 per share, based on the closing market price on March 28, 2024, for both the general secured debt interest and the specific debt held by Madison Partners Corporation.
