RC365 Holding PLC, a leader in payment gateway solutions and IT support, has announced the issuance of 5,357,143 new ordinary shares following the conversion of £150,000 in outstanding Loan Notes. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the UK Listing Authority and begin trading on the London Stock Exchange around May 20, 2024. This issuance will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 139,324,263 Ordinary Shares.
