RC365 Holding PLC, a leader in payment gateway solutions, has announced the issuance of 3,409,090 new Ordinary Shares following a Conversion Notice for £150,000 of outstanding Loan Notes. The shares are issued at 80% of the five-day VWAP preceding the Conversion Notice, with trading expected to begin on the London Stock Exchange around April 26, 2024. This move will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 133,967,120 Ordinary Shares.
