RBC Cuts Stake in Kerry Group Below 3%

Kerry Group plc (GB:KYGA) has released an update.

Kerry Group plc has announced that the Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) shareholding fell below the 3% threshold on June 3, 2024. The change in RBC’s position is due to a disposal of voting rights, resulting in a decrease from 3.018% to 2.906% in combined voting rights and financial instruments. This shift reflects RBC’s changing investment stance in the global food and nutrition company.
