RAS Technology Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of several tranches of unlisted options with exercise prices ranging from $1.40 to $1.89, expiring between August 2027 and April 2029. The total number of options to be issued adds up to roughly 5.7 million, as detailed in their recent announcement dated August 23, 2024. These options are part of a transaction previously announced and will not be quoted on the ASX.
