RareX Limited (AU:REE) has released an update.

RareX Limited has announced that James Durrant was appointed as a director on July 15, 2024, with no registered securities in his name. However, his spouse, Ms Toni Louise Gianatti, holds a substantial interest in the company with over 3 million ordinary shares, nearly 400,000 options, and 4 million performance rights tied to the development milestones of the Cummins Range project.
